Involved in the local community.

  • Matthews Athletic & Recreation Association (MARA):  Over the past 20 years, coached baseball, basketball & soccer teams as my four boys grew-up.  Served as Assistant Commissioner for several leagues.
  • Weddington Optimist Association: Assistant coach for many teams during the years we lived in Weddington.
  • Habitat for Humanity:  Volunteered on several Habitat builds.
  • United Way:  Acted as the site executive for multiple annual United Way drives.
  • Grace Covenant & Bethel Worship Center:  Active in my church and have served in many community outreach programs.
